Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Information Technology Project Manager, to join our team in Springfield, VA
Clearance
Active Top Secretclearance with SCI eligibility (existing clearance required to start)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph

Springfield, VA (onsite position)
Overview
Support the Office of the CIO and report directly to the IT Program Manager
Lead efforts to deliver projects spanning multiple functional areas and/or directorates
Facilitate and implement all facets of project leadership and delivery including planning, execution, communications, and governance compliance
Leverage resources, assign tasks, set deadlines, monitor project progression, and summarize/deliver project status information
Collaborate cross-functionally to ingest internal and external requirements and determine interdependencies
Develop and define project success criteria
Manage change and mitigate/manage risk through the project lifecycle
Qualifications
10 or more years of IT Project Management experience
Ability to manage complex and/or high-risk projects including Agile/Waterfall projects with multiple components
Skilled in coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope
Capable of eliciting and documenting functional and technical requirements to support business process transformation and design
Ability to identify and manage directorate and functional area interdependencies
Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms related to IT Service Management (Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, and Change Management)
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical topics
Proficient in tracking milestones, dependencies, tasks, and levels of effort to ensure quality delivery
Ability to develop concept of operations and project management documentation
Must meet the minimum credential requirements for Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) positions
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Nice To Have
Masters degree in Information Systems Management or related field
Advanced ITIL certifications or training
Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense, and Department of Navy IT policies and practices
