Job Description
As a
Director
Product Management at Publicis Sapient, you act as your clients' trusted advisor in leading the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for specific digital products within an engagement. You will collaborate with clients undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements to understand their business and end customer needs, then deliver value through fast increment cycles.
Qualifications Significant industry knowledge and thought leader-level abilities with a proven record in directing B2C and B2B efforts in Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods industries, either in consulting or corporate roles, helping define and evaluate product strategies and portfolios based on market, competitive, and external drivers.
Success in creating digital product vision, strategy, experience, and enterprise solutions from ideation to launch, ensuring engineering and operational quality with a focus on customer centricity and design thinking.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on customer-focused products and services.
Ability to collaborate and lead Program Increment (PI) cycles effectively.
Skill in prioritizing multiple demands and obtaining stakeholder buy-in.
Experience facilitating workshops to foster ideation.
Ability to define financials, ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, leveraging data for decision-making on product features.
Proven track record of working with senior client stakeholders and diverse teams as a servant leader, stewarding economic and customer value.
Mastery in leading change and inspiring others to adopt new behaviors.
Influence in continuous learning and innovation.
Additional Information Pay Range:
