Job Description
As a Director Product Management at Publicis Sapient, you act as your clients' trusted advisor in leading the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for specific digital products within an engagement. You will collaborate with clients undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements to understand their business and end customer needs, then deliver value through fast cycle increments.
Qualifications Significant industry knowledge and thought leader-level abilities with a proven record of success directing B2C and B2B efforts in Retail or Consumer Packaged Goods industries, either in consulting or corporate roles, helping define and evaluate product strategies and portfolios based on market, competitive, and external drivers.
Experience creating digital product vision, strategy, experience, and enterprise solutions from ideation to launch, ensuring engineering and operational quality with a focus on customer centricity and design thinking.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams on customer-focused products and services.
Ability to lead Program Increment (PI) cycles and collaborate effectively.
Skill in prioritizing demands and obtaining stakeholder buy-in.
Experience facilitating workshops to foster ideation.
Ability to define financial metrics such as ROI, KPIs, and forecasts, leveraging data for decision-making about product features.
Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and diverse teams as a servant leader focused on economic and customer value.
Leadership in change management and inspiring behavioral change.
Commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
