As a

Business Lead , you will own end-to-end management of strategic enterprise accounts, working directly with C-level stakeholders to drive transformation and measurable business value. You’ll lead multi-million-dollar relationships and ensure the company’s AI solutions deliver maximum impact. Lead Strategic Client Engagements

– Build deep, trusted relationships with C-suite executives (primarily Chief Legal Officers and General Counsels), aligning solutions with client priorities.

Own P&L for Your Accounts

– Drive retention, expansion, and ARR growth, ensuring revenue and cost performance.

Oversee Solution Delivery & Adoption

– Partner with internal teams to execute transformation roadmaps and champion change management.

Act as Product Advocate

– Represent client needs to the product team and help shape the roadmap with market-informed feedback.

Drive Measurable Impact

– Ensure every engagement delivers tangible value and ROI for the customer.

Ideal Background

8+ years in

top-tier consulting

(MBB) or

sales/GTM leadership

at a Tier 1 AI start-up—ideally a combination of both.

Proven track record of

managing complex C-suite relationships

in Fortune 500 companies.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in high-growth or ambiguous environments, thriving without the structure of large enterprises.

Passionate user of modern AI tools and technologies.

Minimum tenure of 2+ years per role (no excessive job-hopping).

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution (not required).

Experience working with in-house legal departments or legal technology solutions.

Exposure to both operational and strategic sides of enterprise growth.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary:

$200K–$300K

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$300K–$350K
