1. Company Description We’re representing a fast‑growing, venture‑backed AI company transforming the $50B workers’ compensation industry. The platform applies AI to medical document management, significantly reducing manual effort, cost, and error for insurers, healthcare providers, and legal teams.
The company is rapidly moving from SMB customers to large enterprise accounts, with seven‑figure contracts already in the pipeline and a Series A on the horizon. The founding team brings deep industry expertise, having previously worked inside the insurance ecosystem they’re now rebuilding.
This is an opportunity to join early, work directly with leadership, and play a critical role in enterprise expansion.
2. What You Will Do As an
Implementation Lead (Strategic Accounts) , you will own the full post‑sale journey for the company’s most important customers — from signed contract through successful production rollout. You’ll act as the connective tissue between engineering and client operations, ensuring smooth, high‑impact implementations.
Lead end‑to‑end implementations of an AI‑powered claims platform for large enterprise customers.
Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for data ingestion and system integrations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts during implementation.
Drive user adoption through onboarding calls, training sessions, webinars, and 1:1 support.
Partner closely with engineering to communicate client requirements, technical constraints, and product feedback.
Coordinate across client stakeholders, including claims leadership, operations teams, and frontline users.
Identify risks early and proactively resolve implementation blockers.
Help define and refine the company’s enterprise implementation playbook as customer scale accelerates.
3. Ideal Candidate Background The ideal candidate is a high‑EQ, execution‑oriented operator who enjoys managing complex, data‑heavy enterprise rollouts and working directly with customers.
3+ years of experience in implementation management, solutions consulting, customer success, or management consulting.
Experience owning complex enterprise software implementations from kickoff to go‑live.
Comfortable managing data‑intensive workflows involving integrations, APIs, and cloud environments.
Strong client‑facing presence, able to build trust with both C‑suite stakeholders and frontline operators.
Ability to balance structure and flexibility in fast‑moving environments.
Low‑ego, intellectually curious, and highly accountable.
Strong archetypes include:
Strategy consultants with hands‑on execution experience
Implementation or solutions leads at fast‑growing B2B SaaS companies
Operators with insurance (P&C or workers’ comp) domain exposure
4. Preferred
Prior experience in insurance, workers’ compensation, or regulated industries.
Experience working with enterprise AI, ML, or workflow automation platforms.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
Comfort discussing technical concepts such as API integrations, data mapping, ETL workflows, and cloud infrastructure.

$140,000 – $170,000 USD base, depending on experience.
