S.H.A.R.E. Community Development Corp (SCDC) offers a revolutionary, mission-driven opportunity for select business development partners. We provide a pathway for families to build generational wealth through multi-million dollar real estate portfolios. Your role is to find potential clients and invite them to a presentation.
The Role: You are a Catalyst for Curiosity.
Forget traditional sales. You don’t close deals; you open doors. Use your network and ability to create intrigue to secure attendance at a one-hour executive presentation. Our senior team handles closing. Your success is measured by your ability to generate qualified attendees.
The Reality Check: This is a High-Stakes, High-Reward Partnership.
This is a W-2, 100% commission-based role. Your income depends on your performance. No base salary. You must generate at least 40 qualified presentation attendees per month to stay active. Ideal for self-starters who thrive on autonomy and uncapped potential.
The Unprecedented Rewards
6-Figure+ Income:
Earn commissions ($1,000–$5,000 per sale).
Back-End Commissions:
Substantial commissions on the portfolio of sales you generate.
Fast-Track to Leadership:
