Information Technology Manager

We are recruiting for an IT Manager in a manufacturing environment in the Greater St Louis area to oversee IT infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring smooth, secure, and scalable operations across all business functions. This pivotal role will collaborate with Finance, HR, Engineering, Operations, and Sales, manage key IT resources, lead strategic initiatives, and collaborate with third-party vendors driving performance and innovation. Highlights: This position offers a salary up to 150K with a full benefits package You will take the lead role in identifying, implementing, and working with leadership to ensure optimal perform of business systems High visibility role Specifically, this position: Oversees IT budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning in line with strategic objectives Supports technology integration during mergers and acquisitions Drives the planning, execution, and support of ERP implementations and upgrades Leads day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure including servers, networking equipment, and hardware Manages and maintains core applications such as Microsoft 365, ERP systems (such as Microsoft D365 and/or Macola), and other essential tools Proactively identifies and escalates IT risks or issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption Candidates should possess: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years related experience, including ERP systems in manufacturing environments Deep knowledge of networking, computing platforms, storage, databases, and cybersecurity Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and application management operations Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors Sponsorship is not available for this position, now, or in the future.
