Information Technology Manager:
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in business relationship management, application and infrastructure oversight, manufacturing systems, and back-office technology. Serving as a key partner to my client's teams-Finance, HR, Engineering, Operations, and Sales-they will ensure IT services align with business goals. This hands-on role is responsible for managing applications, infrastructure, and resources involved in the selection, implementation, and maintenance of critical IT components. Close collaboration with third-party providers is essential to optimize system performance and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and support IT infrastructure and network, including servers, switches, and related hardware Maintain and support Microsoft operating systems, Office 365, and other essential software applications Oversee all business applications, including ERP systems, ensuring smooth operation and timely upgrades Coordinate support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices with external service providers Develop and implement IT strategies that drive organizational improvements and security enhancements Collaborate with clients to establish and maintain robust cybersecurity measures Ensure prompt resolution of production issues and minimize downtime Lead planning and execution of ERP upgrades or new implementations Escalate risks and issues proactively, maintaining clear communication with key stakeholders Provide regular updates on IT performance, project status, and resource planning Partner with business leaders to design and execute IT projects that support company objectives Manage IT budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning aligned with company goals Support IT aspects of acquisitions and integration of new companies Promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement within IT operations Travel to other locations as needed (approximately 25%) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience (10+ years) in managing business-critical IT systems Strong knowledge of networking, computing platforms, storage, databases, security, middleware, and IT infrastructure best practices Experience with ERP systems, including maintenance, support, and upgrades (Microsoft D365 and/or Macola experience preferred) Solid understanding of cybersecurity tools, standards, and protocols Background in manufacturing and middle-market business environments Proven ability to develop solutions that address complex business challenges and influence cross-functional teams Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performing teams with clear communication and accountability Positive, proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills and customer focus Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels. Base salary in the $140k-$160k range with discretionary bonus and full benefit package including health, life, dental and vision insurance & 401K.
Pay Details:
$140,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
