We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team to own products that provide our customers flexible labor scheduling options that best suit their personal needs while also achieving operational demand. Key job responsibilities
Building strong relationships with field leaders and key stakeholders. Drive and influence key business decisions across the company on regular basis. Define the clear requirement of specific business use cases. Establish scalable, efficient processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation.
About The Team
WSTM is comprised of six service verticals that enable the team to deliver on our Workforce Solutions (WS) north star of delivering efficient and transparent talent mobility and employee engagement for a global workforce. The Field-Product Manager team specializes in ensuring our roadmap aligns with the fields needs and wants, while moving toward the WS North Star. In addition, Field leaders understand the customer needs to ensure our end products are applicable and integrated into everyday operations.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end to end product delivery Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
