Manufacturing (MES) Business Systems Analyst

on a

contract basis

to support business needs. This role is

on-site in Sunnyvale, CA . Responsibilities

Participate in analysis, configuration, modification, and implementation of IT Business Systems. Communicate effectively to identify, communicate, and resolve system issues, maximizing IT system benefits. Analyze existing business processes and requests, recommending solutions based on system standards and best practices. Develop documentation for system specifications and configurations. Create detailed specifications and process flows for application development. Design solutions, define requirements, conduct testing, and implement IT solutions. Support and train users on new system configurations, highlighting impacts on business processes. Maintain system integrity, including upgrades, changes, and user updates. Debug system-level code of business applications. Provide production support, including after-hours and weekends as needed. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems; MS or MBA preferred. 3-5 years of Business Systems Analysis experience, preferably in a regulated industry. Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (preferably DELMIA Apriso). Experience gathering requirements and building functional specifications. Experience integrating with ERP (SAP), PLM (Agile), CRM systems. Proficiency with MS SQL and SQL Server Management Studio. Experience with multi-node server architectures, XML, JSON. Front-end development skills (JavaScript, CSS) and reporting tools (Tableau, SSRS) are pluses. Experience with hardware integration, Altova Suite, SAP ECC, Snowflake is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently. Strong communication skills and experience with remote teams.
