We are seeking an experienced Customer Lifecycle Strategist to join our team and help drive the growth of consumer subscription services. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, analytics, design, and business teams to create programs that connect with customers in a privacy-friendly way—driving engagement and ensuring customers get the most from their subscriptions. 12 Month Contract Hybrid to Culver City Responsibilities
Develop and optimize engagement and retention strategies for subscription services. Design and execute A/B tests to inform strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights. Build cross-functional relationships and plans focused on experimentation and optimization. Collaborate with teams across different time zones, including business, product, engineering, analytics, and creative. Drive a process of continuous improvement by analyzing results and integrating insights into future plans. Define customer journeys, value propositions, and educational messaging for services. Submit and maintain operational briefs to ensure flawless campaign execution. Minimum Qualifications
5-7 years of experience leading lifecycle marketing programs for consumer subscription businesses. Proven success in achieving user engagement and retention growth goals. Experience testing and optimizing marketing channels such as push notifications, email, and in-app messaging. Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Deep understanding of A/B testing and data-driven marketing optimization. Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating product, design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholders to clarify program goals and execution. Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills—able to articulate a strong point of view to senior executives and individual contributors alike. Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven ability to collaborate under pressure on complex projects. Outstanding cross-functional teamwork abilities to implement programs that achieve core business objectives.
