REQUIREMENTS Candidates must have solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Prior patent prosecution experience is preferred. USPTO registration number is preferred. Previous work experience in 4G/5G telecommunications is required.
