Job Title: Finance Director The Opportunity: Join our leadership team as Finance Director, where you’ll drive EHG’s growth and operational excellence! Be the key partner for our founders and management, enabling smart decision-making and long-term success. Bring your strategic insights, analytical skills, and proactive spirit to shape our future—from daily operations to major business initiatives. How You’ll Make an Impact: Be a Strategic Financial Partner: Lead quarterly financial and business performance reviews with EHG’s Partners, translating numbers into actionable growth strategies. Manage cash flow modeling, forecasting, and budgeting to keep the company agile and proactive. Champion Executive Advisory & Long-Term Vision: Guide Partners in aligning business achievements with personal and financial goals. Develop exit strategies, navigate market shifts, and anticipate risks and opportunities for sustained success. Align software commercialization goals with financial planning to ensure performance-driven strategies. Financial Leadership and Operations: Oversee Accounting and Finance functions, enhancing internal controls, cash flow, and expenditure management. Create and maintain a 12-month budget and quarterly forecasts, providing key insights and performance metrics. Monitor revenue and produce reports with dashboards and KPIs for leadership decision-making. Manage pass-through costs for production and media, adding value to transactions. Ensure data integrity and generate reports to identify profit drivers and improve cash flow. Lead strategic projects like capacity planning, contract evaluation, and capital allocation. Organize monthly finance meetings, review client contracts, and support billing and working capital management. Drive Client Profitability & Financial Health: Ensure accurate billing and manage working capital efficiently. Assess and mitigate client credit risks. Analyze client profitability and recommend improvements to senior leadership based on revenue and margin data. What’s in it for You? Experience required: 8+ years in advertising client finance, with knowledge of client operations and compensation models (project-based, retainer, T&M) Preferred BA in Finance or Accounting, MBA not required High accuracy, attention to detail Understanding of accrual accounting, revenue recognition, and GAAP Leadership experience in managing project, departmental, and enterprise risks Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, energetic, adaptable to a dynamic environment Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced setting Interpersonal skills, proactive, change-driven Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
