This person will collaborate with a multi-functional group to deliver next-generation innovations and partner with product and engineering teams to invent and deliver the future for Teams AI and Messaging products. In this role, you will:
Collaborate and work across multiple disciplines to deliver innovation. Communicate priorities and tradeoffs to lay out a path for achieving a vision. Partner with stakeholders to determine user requirements for various scenarios. Lead the identification of dependencies and develop design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms. Lead by example and mentor others to produce extensible and maintainable code used across products. Leverage subject-matter expertise of cross-product features with stakeholders to drive project and release plans. Hold accountability as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), mentoring engineers, working on-call to monitor system health, and ensuring reliability. Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to trends, technical solutions, and patterns to improve product performance and reliability. Helping all candidates find great careers is our goal.
