Position Overview
This senior marketing leader will drive brand presence and strategic marketing execution across Floridas luxury real estate markets. The role requires a blend of creative vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of high-end clientele, with a focus on empowering sales professionals to maximize their business potential.
Primary Responsibilities
Brand Leadership:
Guide the development and activation of brand initiatives across Florida, ensuring messaging, design, and experience align with national standards while resonating with the luxury audience. Agent Enablement:
Create and manage scalable marketing programs, resources, and best practices to help agents effectively promote listings, attract clients, and build their personal brands. Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of regional marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented culture. Strategic Direction:
Partner with senior leadership to craft and execute annual marketing plans informed by market insights, competitive analysis, and business objectives. Brokerage Support:
Collaborate with local market leaders on initiatives related to recruiting top talent and retaining high-performing agents. Budget Oversight:
Manage substantial marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across channels such as advertising, events, media partnerships, and creative production. Digital Marketing & Analytics:
Direct digital campaigns, website content strategy, and social media performance marketing to generate leads and enhance agent engagement. Advertising & Media:
Oversee media buying and placement efforts for the Florida region in coordination with the broader marketing leadership team. Partnership Development:
Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with local businesses, media outlets, and luxury lifestyle brands to strengthen market presence. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with creative, technology, and leadership teams to ensure integrated, high-impact marketing efforts. Qualifications 1015+ years of progressive marketing experience in luxury-focused industries (e.g., real estate, hospitality, fashion, beauty, lifestyle) Expertise in building and executing brand and marketing strategies, with a strong command of performance metrics and customer engagement tactics Proven track record managing high-performing, geographically dispersed teams Experience overseeing large budgets and managing vendor relationships Strong commitment to service excellence and supporting sales-driven professionals Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), and analytics tools Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills In-depth knowledge of Floridas luxury market landscape preferred
