Content Strategist
This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus. Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
6+ years of experience working in content, technology, support operations, or related fields.
2+ years of experience with analytics, deriving insights from data, or structuring recommendations based on data analysis.
Experience with technical writing.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with stakeholders in Product and Engineering teams with a tech-first mindset, influencing outcomes, and driving measurable results.
Knowledge of content principles, user-centered design, and best practices for creating content for different audiences.
Knowledge of Google Ad Manager, AdMob, AdSense, or related sellside products.
Familiarity with AI-powered content strategy tools and technologies.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams, thriving in an often ambiguous environment.
Our team supports publishers worldwide, funding and enabling a free and open web. The role involves launching user-centric self-help solutions, including Generative AI-powered capabilities. The US base salary range is $137,000-$200,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education.
Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to define strategy and requirements for content solutions, including AI-powered tools.
Refresh existing content solutions to support new product launches and optimize content.
Analyze metrics and develop insights to inform content strategy, track ROI, and report findings.
Manage complex project schedules, identify risks, and influence stakeholders to overcome roadblocks.
Stay updated on content best practices through user research and A/B testing to optimize user experience.
