Job Location : Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL / New York City, NY / Charlotte, NC / Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Job Description Design and implement scalable Azure infrastructure supporting Dynamics 365 CE & F&O, Databricks, and external systems. Build and manage containerized microservices using .NET, deployed via Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or App Services. Enable secure, bidirectional integration with external channels using Azure API Management (APIM), Event Hub, and Logic Apps. DevOps & Automation Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for infrastructure, microservices, and D365 customizations. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform. Implement release management, version control, and rollback strategies using Azure Pipelines and Repos. Data Integration & Medallion Architecture Support ingestion from diverse data sources (e.g., Azure SQL, SFCC, Vetco, Shelter LOB systems, Dropbox FTP). Architect and manage ingestion pipelines using: Azure Data Factory (ADF) for batch ingestion Logic Apps and Function Apps for API-based integration Enable data flow through the Databricks Medallion Architecture: Bronze Layer: Raw data from ADLS Gen2 Silver Layer: Cleaned and transformed data Gold Layer: Curated business-ready data for consumption Security, Monitoring & Governance Implement secure access, identity, and API policies using Azure AD, Key Vault, and RBAC. Monitor infrastructure and application health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights. Support data governance and lineage using Azure Purview and Unity Catalog. Collaboration & Technical Leadership Collaborate with enterprise architects, data engineers, and integration leads to align infrastructure with business and technical goals. Provide mentorship to DevOps engineers and cloud developers. Participate in architecture reviews, security assessments, and compliance audits. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering and DevOps, with 5+ years on Microsoft Azure. Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform) Experience supporting Dynamics 365, Databricks, and enterprise-scale integrations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $96,366 to 150,000/yearly. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
