The Director of Finance will oversee the financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization. Responsibilities include budget development, financial reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading the finance team. The Director of Finance will play a crucial role in guiding the financial health of the organization, identifying financial risks, and providing strategic financial advice to leadership. Qualifications Strong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting Experience with Financial Reporting and Accounting Standards Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Requirements Leadership and Team Management skills Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred. Hiring Salary Range of $110,000-$130,000 Seniority level
