This role involves sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers, contributing to organizational growth and efficiency. What You’ll Do
Lead global procurement initiatives across 80+ manufacturing sites, focusing on EMEA and AMS regions. Drive integration of procurement strategies for acquired brands. Implement organizational change initiatives and optimize team structures. Apply technical procurement expertise in dynamic, growth-oriented environments. Communicate procurement strategies effectively and lead continuous improvement efforts. Manage and develop the procurement team through supervision, training, and evaluations. Develop organizational policies, procedures, and sourcing strategies aligned with company goals. Manage procurement budgets and vendor relationships, including dispute resolution and negotiations. Address operational and organizational challenges using appropriate resources. What You’ll Need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; certifications such as C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. required or eligible. Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management. Strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office. Why CBRE?
