Remote - US - United States of America About the Role: As a CBRE Global Procurement Director, you will oversee the planning and direction of procurement within the Industrial & Logistics sector. This role is part of the Procurement function, responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers. What You’ll Do: Lead global procurement across 80+ manufacturing sites, focusing on EMEA and AMS regions. Drive strategic procurement integration for acquired brands. Lead organizational change initiatives across global sites. Assess team structure and workload for optimization. Apply procurement expertise in growth-oriented organizations, especially during acquisitions. Communicate procurement strategies effectively. Champion continuous improvement using lean principles. Manage and develop team performance. Assist in creating and implementing organizational policies and procedures. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet organizational goals. Manage procurement budget and vendor relationships. Resolve vendor disputes and develop organizational requirements. Negotiate with external partners to reach agreements. Identify and solve operational and organizational problems. Improve existing methods, processes, and standards. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; in lieu, experience and education combined will be considered. Certifications such as C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. required or eligible. Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management preferred. Ability to communicate complex information clearly. Leadership skills to set and achieve targets impacting multiple departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
