Description
Duties and Responsibilities Support the Payroll Manager with payroll processing functions using established procedures and within parameters to ensure that statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are met. Maintains records of various payroll transactions for active and inactive employees. Identifies deficiencies and recommends additions or changes to payroll process documentation Audits and is accountable for accuracy and timely processing of payroll. Working closely with HR Representatives to ensure crew share values and positions are contractually accurate on each settlement Acts as subject matter expert and liaison with crew members, office staff, third party providers and agencies in answering questions and concerns Other tasks as assigned Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of payroll processes and procedures Understanding of federal and state payroll related guidelines and laws Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and payroll software Organizational and time management skills Ability to manage confidential material Education/Experience Required Minimum 5 - 8 years of payroll administrator experience which includes the complete cycle of payroll processes College degree desired but not required if experience is met.
