$310,000 - $390,000 annually Responsibilities:
Seeking associates with sponsor or lender side finance experience. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders, investment and commercial banks, business development companies, or other providers of debt financing, as well as borrowers (including private equity sponsors) in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, and other corporate finance transactions.
