Role Overview: We are seeking a Quantitative Developer to join a portfolio management team specializing in systematic credit and related markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact technology initiatives while collaborating closely with researchers and traders. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain software tools for strategy research and trading operations. Enhance systems for data ingestion, processing, and visualization. Support execution platforms, live monitoring dashboards, and P&L reconciliation tools. Oversee CI/CD pipelines, job orchestration frameworks, and other infrastructure components. Ensure system reliability and performance; proactively address and resolve technical issues. Work closely with portfolio managers, quantitative researchers, and trading professionals. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing trading or research infrastructure within a financial setting, or equivalent technical expertise. Experience with execution systems, real-time data platforms, and visualization tools is advantageous. Strong knowledge of Linux systems, including process management and shell scripting. Proficiency in Python, with experience in object-oriented programming, testing frameworks, and environment management. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
