Apply now Our client is a leading proprietary and high-frequency trading firm. They are seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to manage their liquidity, capital, and treasury operations. You'd be responsible for cash and investment management, margin and clearing management, bank and clearing relationships, liquidity coordination, inter-company loans, forecasting, regulatory reporting, capital distribution, etc. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily cash flow and short-term assets. Ensure compliance for clearing operations and margin-related activities. Develop and sustain relationships with banks and clearing firms. Assess and manage trading portfolio liquidity during complex scenarios like option exercises or market stress events. Manage inter-company financing in alignment with goals and compliance. KPI oversight, liquidity and capital forecasting, capital allocation, and treasury reporting. Key Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in financial industry as part of treasury operations and clearing processes. Prior experience with clearing in CFTC and SEC regulated products. Worked with FCMs and SEC broker-dealers, including exposure to regulatory reporting. Knowledge of SEC risk-based haircut rules and margin computations.
