What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Actively prospect for new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline - Manage accounts for companies with revenues under $500M, leading the sales process from initiation to renewal - Meet or exceed established revenue targets through effective sales strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to customer needs - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using CRM systems

What is Required (Qualifications): - Proven ability to sell complex software solutions using a consultative approach - Minimum of 3 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector - Experience selling to C-level executives and leading detailed sales processes - Strong understanding of artificial intelligence applications in legal operations - Self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of managing change effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in high-velocity sales environments and a land and expand sales strategy - Ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans - Enthusiasm for prospecting and managing the entire sales cycle independently - College degree preferred
