This is a remote position supporting the enterprise deal lifecycle for strategic accounts and complex transactions, from deal shaping to quoting, terms structuring, financial analysis, contract management, and booking. Responsibilities Ensure efficient deal execution (QTC) and effective deal structures for customers & partners. Provide deal advisory to sales, finance, and legal teams. Become an expert on Atlassian's deal capabilities and methodologies, including quoting, pricing, product offerings, and contract systems. Support projects to improve deal operations, lead-to-cash process efficiency, and deal structuring practices. Ensure all client-facing documents comply with internal policies and external regulations like GDPR, revenue recognition, and SOX. Qualifications Your Background Minimum two years of experience in Deal Desk, Contract Operations, Enterprise Deal Management, or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company. Proficient in Excel, especially in creating contract pricing models. BS/BA in Business, Economics, Finance, Operations, or related fields. Knowledge of CPQ/QTC solutions, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, JIRA, Confluence, Docusign, and cloud marketplaces is a plus. Requirements Educational background as above. Ability to handle large volumes of deal requests. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with customer interactions. Knowledge of relevant technology solutions is a bonus.
