You will launch and scale a new line of power transformers, busbars, and switchgear for industrial, utility, and infrastructure customers. Success means designing the go-to-market blueprint, building a high-performing channel network, and closing marquee deals that establish this business as a market leader.
Responsibilities
Channel strategy — create a blended direct / rep / OEM / VAR model; set incentives, price bands, and enablement tools.
Account development — target utilities, EPCs, industrials, and large infrastructure developers; craft multi-level relationship maps and value propositions.
Sales leadership — own the full cycle from lead to signature; forecast, report, and exceed annual revenue goals.
Market intelligence & product fit — track competitor moves and customer pain points; funnel feedback to engineering for roadmap decisions.
Team enablement — mentor inside & field sellers on technical solution selling and key-account expansion.
Compliance & safety — uphold ISO-9001, safety, and corporate ethics standards in all operations.
Minimum Qualifications
in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
10 + years’ business-development or sales experience in power systems / electrical equipment.
Hands-on knowledge of transformers, switchgear, busbars, and circuit-breakers.
Proven record closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals and managing strategic channel partners.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic-planning abilities.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~25 %).
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced technical degree.
Existing relationships with North American utilities, EPC contractors, or heavy-industry buyers.
Familiarity with grid-compliance standards and emerging-market procurement processes.
Multilingual capability.
