Capital Raising Partner
to join us on a commission-only basis. You will leverage your investor network to introduce capital to select investment opportunities or funds managed and structured by our firm. This is a highly entrepreneurial role best suited to individuals with a proven track record in private capital placement, fundraising, or investor relations. Key Responsibilities: Originate and manage relationships with VCs, family offices, HNWIs, and institutional allocators Introduce investors to deal-by-deal opportunities or pooled investment vehicles Work closely with our investment and structuring team to understand the offering Support due diligence, investor Q&A, and deal closure efforts Maintain accurate reporting and compliance standards in all fundraising activity Represent the firm at investor meetings, industry events, and capital markets forums Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong, verifiable network of private capital allocators 5+ years of experience in investment fundraising, placement, or wealth management Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently Excellent communication and negotiation skills Deep understanding of private equity, venture capital, or alternative investments Familiarity with cross-border capital raising and regulatory sensitivities Highly ethical, reliable, and professional in conduct Compensation:
