Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager at our Houston, TX location. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service, manage store staff, and aid in retail loss prevention. Responsibilities also include assisting in visual merchandising, inventory management, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Strong Communication and Store Management skills Experience in Retail Loss Prevention Excellent organizational and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in retail management preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus Seniority level
