Store Manager
to run one of our vibrant Houston locations.
Our goal is simple: deliver fast, friendly, and reliable service in clean, modern spaces that customers enjoy visiting. At SpinXpress, we’re raising the bar for what laundry can be—putting people first and delivering a service that’s as convenient as it is high-quality.
As Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action—building a strong team, creating a positive in-store vibe, and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. If you’ve got experience in retail, food service, or a similar environment—and you love leading by example—we want to hear from you.
Your Day-to-Day
Oversee daily operations to keep the store running smoothly Train, support, and lead a team focused on excellent customer service Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Track key metrics to improve performance, service quality, and team morale Represent SpinXpress and build strong ties within the local community

Background in retail, hospitality, or other customer-focused industries Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, people-first approach Friendly, dependable, and goal-driven personality Excitement to grow with a company that's shaking up the industry
