Responsible for the overall delivery process of a software application or service, including design, development, testing, deployment, production application support (e.g., troubleshooting) and maintenance with a focus on automation. Job Requirements 8+ years: Proven experience developing and maintaining fully scalable, reusable React and Next.js component libraries or design systems with measurable impact on product performance and scalability. 8+ years: Expert proficiency in React and Next.js, including SSR/SSG strategies, with a history of improving component load times by 15% or more. 6+ years: Experience leveraging Core Web Vitals metrics (Largest Contentful Paint, First Input Delay, Cumulative Layout Shift) to guide and improve component development and user experience. 6+ years: Proven ability to optimize component performance, including bundle size reduction and lazy loading, resulting in a 20% improvement in page speed metrics. 6+ years: Solid experience leading end-to-end component lifecycle management, achieving >95% automated test coverage and maintaining

6+ years: Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and best practices, maintaining automated build and deployment pipelines with

8+ years: Proficient with Git workflows, code review processes, and static code analysis tools, ensuring high code quality and maintainability and reducing technical debt and code review rework by 25%. 8+ years: Experience collaborating cross-functionally to align component design and implementation with product roadmaps, contributing to a 20% increase in overall product UI consistency. 6+ years: Mentoring and upskilling a team of engineers, improving team velocity and code quality metrics by at least 15% year-over-year. Proven track record of leading Agile Scrum teams, consistently meeting sprint goals and improving delivery predictability by 20%. Demonstrated ability to implement automated testing frameworks that reduce manual testing effort by 40% and increase CI/CD pipeline efficiency. Expertise in accessibility compliance (WCAG standards) with a record of delivering components that pass accessibility audits with 100% compliance. Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, maintaining >90% sprint focus and minimizing scope creep. Drive sprint commitments with 90% on-time delivery of features and bug fixes within Agile Scrum frameworks.
