Position Overview As a Sr Director Business Development - Sine at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our Sine business through strategic partnerships and new market opportunities. You will play a key role in identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities, developing and executing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise in business development and market analysis will be instrumental in driving the success of our organization. You will report directly to our VPGM, Software and Services, and work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will significantly impact our organization's growth and success, including identifying new market opportunities, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers will be essential. Your ability to negotiate, close deals, and execute growth strategies will be critical.

YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Strong business acumen and market knowledge Ability to work independently and drive results
WE VALUE Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role Experience in the technology industry or a related field Experience in identifying and pursuing new market opportunities Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in business development Strong leadership and team management skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential business partnerships Develop and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders Negotiate and close business deals to drive revenue growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful strategy execution Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs Build partnerships with Regional VPs, aligning teams in focused verticals and target accounts Identify opportunities to streamline lead generation, qualification, and handoff processes Provide performance updates and reports to leadership Work closely with the VPGM, Global Software and Services for alignment Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and sharing insights
