Position Overview As a Senior Director of Business Development for SINE at Honeywell, you will drive growth through strategic partnerships and new market opportunities. You will identify and pursue potential business opportunities, develop and execute growth strategies, and build strong stakeholder relationships. Reporting to the Vice President and General Manager of Software and Services, based in Atlanta, GA with a hybrid work schedule, you will significantly influence our organization's growth and success. Your responsibilities include evaluating new markets, conducting research, developing strategic plans, and maintaining key relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers. Your ability to negotiate, close deals, and implement growth strategies will be vital. Travel: 50% REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 10+ years in business development, sales, or related roles Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships Strong business acumen and market knowledge Ability to work independently and achieve results VALUED SKILLS Master's degree in Business Administration or related field 12+ years of relevant experience Experience in the technology industry Proven ability to identify and pursue new markets Knowledge of emerging trends in business development Leadership and team management skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and partnerships Develop and execute growth strategies Build and maintain stakeholder relationships Negotiate and close deals to increase revenue Coordinate with cross-functional teams for strategy execution Monitor market trends and industry developments Conduct market research and analysis Collaborate with regional leaders to align efforts Streamline lead generation and handoff processes Report on performance, trends, and opportunities Ensure alignment with overall go-to-market strategies Facilitate communication across sales, marketing, and customer success teams Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment About Us Honeywell helps organizations solve complex challenges in automation, aviation, and energy transition.
