About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled

ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of comprehensive ServiceNow solutions. This senior-level position requires deep expertise in ServiceNow modules and architecture, with a strong emphasis on healthcare industry experience. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative ServiceNow platforms that drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, CSM, CRM, and related modules. Develop strategic architectural roadmaps aligned with business goals and industry best practices. Customize and configure ServiceNow modules to ensure scalability, performance, and compliance. Design seamless integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems such as AWS, Azure, SAP, LDAP, Active Directory, and custom APIs. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, enforcing coding standards and best practices. Optimize ServiceNow environments focusing on platform performance, data model integrity, and cost-efficiency. Establish governance frameworks to maintain security, compliance, and platform integrity. Produce detailed architecture documentation, including workflows and implementation guides. Manage platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements ensuring minimal operational disruption. Act as a subject matter expert advising on ServiceNow architecture, automation, and platform capabilities with a focus on healthcare processes. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including at least 3 years in a lead or architect capacity. Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and configuration across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB, and CSDM. Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, JWT, and MID Server. Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules). Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments. Demonstrated experience with ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management) mapped to ServiceNow processes. Proven ability to lead complex ServiceNow implementations and mentor cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred and will be a key differentiator. ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CSA, or CTA are preferred. Preferred Skills Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Orchestration, and Event Management. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their integration with ServiceNow. Knowledge of automation tools to improve operational efficiency in ServiceNow environments.
