12+ Months Job Description : The candidate should be able to provide thought leadership and strategic direction, not just configurations. We seek someone who can guide and lead the team with proven experience and success stories. This role involves owning the data strategy for Infrastructure & Service, focusing on Data Standards, Master Data, and CSDM. Responsibilities include designing data architecture — determining where data resides, how it's accessed for reporting and analytics, and leveraging it to generate business value through proactive monitoring and automated responses. While collaboration with partners is valued, this role is primarily internal to ensure decisions are cost-effective and impactful, especially during the consolidation project and steady-state operations. Primary Role : Ownership of Configuration and Asset Management Databases (CMDB and AMDB). Responsibilities : Data Model Design and Governance: Define data models, ensure integration of AMDB and CMDB, align structures with ITIL and CSDM frameworks, and establish KPIs for data health. Data Integrity and Quality: Set standards for naming conventions, normalization, deduplication, validation rules, and collaborate on data ingestion accuracy. Integration and Automation: Design system integrations with discovery tools, monitoring, cloud platforms, and ITSM processes, ensuring data supports these workflows. Collaboration and Enablement: Engage with service and process owners, provide training on CMDB usage, and coordinate with asset management for alignment with financial processes.
