Backed by long-term capital and deep operating experience, we are launching a cutting-edge NVIDIA B300 cluster in Q1 2026 — giving you first-to-market access to one of the most powerful AI platforms in the industry. This is a founder-level role for a proven GPU dealmaker ready to own sales, GTM, and revenue from day one. COMPENSATION • $200K–$250K base salary • Uncapped commission on net revenue • Accelerator on annual sales above $15M • OTE of $400K–$600K+ for top performers • Substantial equity linked to revenue and GPU utilization • Performance bonuses tied to cluster milestones • Direct access to COO and board CORE RESPONSIBILITIES • Sell and lease NVIDIA B300 GPU capacity through committed and on-demand contracts • Drive $10–20M in Year 1 revenue through $200K–$5M+ enterprise deals • Close pre-sale contracts ahead of the Q1 cluster go-live • Own pricing strategy, SLA terms, and compute deal structuring • Maintain a high-conviction pipeline of enterprise AI teams, hedge funds, startups, and marketplaces • Collaborate with DevOps and customer success teams to activate and retain clients • Provide structured feedback to shape future product and packaging TARGET CUSTOMER SEGMENTS • Enterprise AI and corporate LLM infrastructure teams • AI-native startups and high-volume inference customers • Hedge funds, quant shops, and research labs • GPU aggregators, marketplaces, and channel partners • Universities, government contractors, and R&D organizations • Gaming, rendering, and synthetic media companies • Blockchain and decentralized compute networks SUCCESS METRICS (YEAR 1) • $10–20M in booked revenue • 80%+ cluster utilization by month 9 • 20–30 enterprise customers under contract • $500K–$1.5M average deal size • 90%+ customer retention rate • 3–5 strategic partnerships activated WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE •
Month 1–3 : Build pipeline, close pre-launch contracts, refine GTM •
Month 4–6 : Hit 60% cluster utilization, expand customer base •
Month 7–12 : Achieve $10M+ run rate, deepen strategic accounts COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES YOU’LL LEVERAGE • First-to-market with NVIDIA B300 clusters (launching Q1 2026) • Premium bare metal, Kubernetes-native, and serverless deployment options • Competitive pricing with custom SLA support • Lightning-fast onboarding and technical support • Founder-level role with board access and long-term roadmap influence • 7–15 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, compute sales, or AI partnerships • Closed deals involving H100, H200, Hopper-class, or equivalent GPUs • Existing book of business with enterprise AI or HPC buyers • Comfortable selling across bare metal, Kubernetes-native, or tokenized environments • Deep understanding of SLAs, pricing models, orchestration, and capacity planning • Strong knowledge of the GPU landscape: CoreWeave, Crusoe, Lambda, AWS, Modal, RunPod, etc.
