This opportunity will provide structured learning, professional exposure, mentorship, and real-world work assignments. Areas of Learning & Exposure Learners will gain monthly and quarterly experience in one or more of the following focus areas: Communications & Public Relations Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement Executive & Council Support Human Resources & Knowledge Management Information Systems & Digital Technology Policy Development & Legal Services Performance Management & Data Science Innovation & Organisational Effectiveness Housing, Settlements & Urban Planning Climate Change & Environmental Services Public Infrastructure (Roads, Utilities, Parks) Recreation, Sports & Library Services Social Development & Early Childhood Development Disaster Risk Management & Emergency Response Finance, Budgeting, Tax, and Municipal Reporting Education, Training, and Capacity Building Who Should Apply?
