As a Sr Manager of Change and User Experience within the ESS IT team, you will play a pivotal role in Honeywell's Digital IT transformation initiatives. This position integrates change management practices with UX design and content creation, focusing on enhancing the customer experience and accelerating the adoption of connected technologies. Your responsibilities will include developing change strategies, conducting user research, creating engaging content, leading Digital IT initiatives, and promoting awareness of solutions to support transformative outcomes and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies:

Formulate effective change management strategies, plans, and processes to maximize value from Honeywell's Digital IT transformation programs within the ESS IT framework. Enhance User Experience (UX):

Collaborate with UX designers and project teams to create user-centered designs that improve customer interactions with Honeywell's digital solutions. Conduct User Research:

Lead initiatives to gather insights that inform UX design and change strategies, developing detailed user personas based on research findings. Translate Change into User-Centered Journeys:

Map and create user journeys that help users navigate organizational changes effectively. Accelerate Connected Customer Experiences:

Lead efforts to leverage connected technologies to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue, identifying opportunities for value addition. Collaborate Across Teams:

Work with project teams and business leaders to identify change requests, assess impacts, and determine appropriate change management approaches aligned with digital transformation goals. Stakeholder Coaching and Engagement:

Coach CIOs, business leaders, and team members on change management, UX principles, and messaging strategies to empower them as change sponsors. Develop Communication Materials:

Create content and messaging that clearly communicate changes and UX enhancements, keeping stakeholders informed about organizational impacts. Metrics and Continuous Improvement:

Establish and analyze change management and UX metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, incorporating industry best practices. Post-Implementation Reviews:

Conduct evaluations post-implementation to assess change management effectiveness and recommend improvements. Maintain Brand Consistency:

Ensure all content aligns with Honeywell's branding and messaging standards. Qualifications: You Must Have: 7+ years of experience in change management, UX design, and content development. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Excel. We Value: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Organizational Change, Business, or related field. Demonstrated expertise in UX design and engaging content creation. Results-driven mindset with pragmatic problem-solving skills. Ability to lead effectively, communicate well, and make timely decisions in complex situations. This role will bridge change management and UX content development within the ESS IT team, supporting effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and user-centered experiences that contribute to revenue growth during Honeywell's Digital IT transformation journey.
