This position is based in Charlotte, NC, and reports to the Director of Digital Marketing, Honeywell ESS. The role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through various digital channels.

We seek a motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to develop customer marketing project briefs that inform outbound marketing programs for the ESS business. Be a #futureshaper at Honeywell and join a company of thinkers, doers, dreamers, and makers.

Core Responsibilities

Launch and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, including segmentation, messaging, content strategy, customer journey, asset production, and campaign deployment across PESO channels to generate marketing pipeline (MGP).

Analyze competitive landscape and customer insights to develop strategic marketing plans.

Understand customer needs to craft messaging and content that guide prospects through the marketing funnel.

Build audience lists from existing data for targeted communications.

Qualify leads in Salesforce and coordinate with sales teams.

Create enablement materials for sales teams to drive revenue.

Develop compelling brand content with internal and external creatives across channels.

Partner with business leads, management, sales, and external agencies to implement integrated programs.

Promote a digital-first marketing approach focusing on web, automation, content marketing, and demand generation.

Use data to support marketing strategies, ROI, channel optimization, and customer insights.

Assess marketing tactics' impact and conduct A/B testing for best practices.

Document workflows and promote continuous improvement.

Ensure effective communication among teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Identify and propose solutions to workflow bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE

At least five years of experience in B2B customer marketing programs.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, or alternatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong English language skills (written and verbal).
