Senior Litigation Attorney

Job Description Senior Litigation Attorney (Remote near Miami) Boutique complex commercial litigation firm is seeking a senior-level (10+ years) Commercial Litigation Attorney with significant trial experience to join a growing practice. You will have the opportunity to work on high-stakes, international, multimillion-dollar disputes in federal, state, and appellate courts. This is a remote position but may require occasional in-person meetings, hearings, or depositions at the firm's Miami office. Must be able to handle cases from inception through trial and appeal. Work-life balance is prioritized with this firm. You will not work after hours unless truly urgent. No business development or origination requirement. No billable hour requirement, but you need to keep track of your workload. While commercial litigation experience is preferred, candidates with substantial litigation experience and a love of litigation are encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities: Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, trials, and appellate arguments Draft high-level documents, including motions, memoranda, and briefs Analyze fact records and legal issues Collaborate with the team during Zoom meetings Work directly with sophisticated domestic and international clients Qualifications: 10+ years of litigation and trial experience Member in good standing of the Florida Bar Spanish is desired but not required Outstanding legal writing and research skills Strong communication skills Motivated self-starter Competitive salary based on experience and bonus plan.
