Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Additional compensation types
Annual Bonus A well-established US-based financial institution is seeking a VP, Senior Internal Auditor with deep experience in bank regulatory reporting and internal audit to join a dynamic internal audit team. Responsibilities: Lead and execute audits focused on regulatory reporting processes, including but not limited to FR Y-9C, FR2420, FR 2644, FFIEC 009, and TIC reports. Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, identify control gaps, and recommend process improvements. Act as liaison with regulators and external auditors during exams and assessments. Report audit outcomes and status of open recommendations to the Audit Committee. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in internal audit or financial regulatory reporting within a banking or financial institution. Prior experience interfacing with federal regulators. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Seniority level
