Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Denver Metro Area (75% Remote, occasional in-office presence) Our client, a well-established Aerospace company in the Denver Metro Area, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This is a critical role within the company’s Finance department, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A. The Senior Analyst will contribute to various FP&A functions, including budget management, financial reporting, and system integrations. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in FP&A or related finance analytics roles. Responsibilities: Develop, design, and manage financial reports and dashboards, leveraging tools like Power Query and Power BI. Assist with integrating financial data from NetSuite, Salesforce, and other ERPs, ensuring seamless workflow and accuracy. Maintain budget templates and input systems, ensuring they align with the company’s financial goals and strategy. Collaborate with senior leaders across different segments to provide actionable insights and financial support. Take a hands-on approach to analyzing financial data, reports, and segment-specific performance metrics. Manage hierarchical data models and administer Vena to ensure efficient reporting and forecasting processes. Support the annual budget process, providing timely and accurate information for decision-making. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in Financial Analysis Vena Growth Engine experience Strong Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling. Experience with reporting and integration systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar tools. Familiarity with Power BI Strong accounting background and understanding of financial statements. Experience in aviation, manufacturing or adjacent industries is preferred A solid understanding of government contracting or similar regulatory environments is beneficial.
