Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

The Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) is a critical contributor to the company's strategic and operational decision-making. This role is responsible for delivering accurate and insightful reporting, driving process improvements, and enhancing the use of financial systems, particularly OneStream, D365, and Power BI. The position plays a key role in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, annual budget cycles, and rolling forecasts. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating across departments, streamlining reporting processes, and ensuring data integrity to support informed leadership decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external financial reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with executive needs. Perform detailed financial analysis, variance explanations, and data modeling to support business performance reviews. Lead and enhance forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes, partnering with business leaders to ensure realistic and strategic targets. Develop and maintain OneStream CubeViews, reports, and dashboard packages; optimize workflows for improved efficiency. Automate data processes using Power Query, Power BI, and other reporting tools to reduce manual work and improve accuracy. Support the VP of Accounting & Finance, Controller, and executives with ad hoc analyses on current and historical performance, as well as scenario planning for future initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy, streamline consolidation processes, and ensure consistent reporting across the enterprise. Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of the company's financial data. Requirements

Education / Work Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA plus). 46 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate accounting, or financial reporting; multi-entity or consolidations experience preferred. Strong understanding of key financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow). Proven experience with OneStream, Microsoft D365 (strongly preferred). Proven experience with Power Query, Power BI (required). Skills / Other Requirements Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and corporate FP&A best practices. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros), Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
