1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Mid-sized NYC Real Estate law firm seeks Transactional Real Estate Associate with 5+ years of experience to handle transactional work from start to finish, including performing due diligence, reviewing documents, preparing contracts and agreements, handling title reviews, assisting with financial issues. Will work closely with partners and other associates of the firm on time-sensitive, high value matters. Substantial client contact. Requirements: Admission to NY State Bar; computer savvy; excellent writing skills; ability to get the job done; self-starter; team player.
