This role offers a dynamic opportunity to act as a strategic advisor managing comprehensive investment portfolios for high-net-worth clients. You will collaborate closely with relationship managers and internal specialists to deliver tailored investment solutions that align with clients' long-term goals and risk profiles. The position requires expertise in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and the ability to articulate market insights and investment strategies clearly. Operating in a hybrid work environment, you will play a key role in expanding client relationships while ensuring compliance and suitability of all investments. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction and portfolio performance through proactive advice and collaboration. Accountabilities: · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients’ investment needs, working closely with relationship managers to grow and service a defined client portfolio. · Provide strategic advice on portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment opportunities, leveraging internal investment insights and research. · Continuously assess and update clients’ risk profiles to ensure portfolio suitability and compliance. · Collaborate with internal partners, including discretionary portfolio managers and product specialists, to deliver integrated investment solutions. · Conduct regular investment and business reviews with clients and internal teams to address gaps and opportunities. · Support new client acquisition efforts through participation in pitches and presentations. · Manage risk while seeking to maximize financial returns in accordance with regulations and client objectives. · Established network of clients within the target market (EMEA experience preferred). · Bachelor’s degree required; advanced qualifications such as CFA or MBA are a strong plus. · Extensive experience in portfolio construction and asset allocation across traditional and alternative asset classes. · Proven ability to advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals effectively. · Strong understanding of capital markets from both strategic (top-down) and managerial (bottom-up) perspectives. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of initiative. · Willingness to work according to a hybrid model based in Los Angeles, CA. · Competitive compensation package with a salary range of $220,000 to $415,000 (excluding incentives). · Generous vacation, personal, and volunteer days. · Inclusive environment supported by Employee Resource Groups and diversity initiatives. · Comprehensive health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family-building support. · Access to educational resources, matching gift programs, and volunteer opportunities. · Reasonable accommodations provided for candidates with disabilities or religious needs.
