Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with local employment laws and statutory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure alignment with company objectives and local regulations. Support employee engagement initiatives and company events to build a positive workplace culture. Assist in HR reporting and data analysis for management review. Liaise with government agencies and external vendors where necessary (e.g., MOM, CPF, IRAS, training providers). Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management as needed. Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of HR generalist experience handling full spectrum HR functions. Hands-on experience in payroll processing and knowledge of local labor laws. Familiar with HR software/systems (e.g., InfoTech, Times, PayDay) will be an advantage.
