Up to 135k base + 20% annual bonus + full benefits We're Top 5 ranked owner, developer builder of luxury multifamily apartments in the United States. Our Southern California division is currently in growth mode with several projects currently underway with another start in September in Oceanside and projects in the pipeline in San Diego & up in Orange County. We're actively building out the field team for a 30+ month project in Oceanside. Qualifications 3+ years of project engineer experience or other construction related trade experience Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other related fields Working knowledge of Microsoft Project & Procore Within 50 mile radius of Oceanside & able to work daily on project site We're actively interviewing to fill this role in August for project start in September.
