Job Title: Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer Multifamily Construction

Position Overview Were seeking a Project Engineer to join our construction team and support all phases of multifamily residential projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with a developer-builder model, working directly with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors on active construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in daily construction operations across assigned multifamily developments
Track RFIs, submittals, and material procurement to ensure schedule alignment
Maintain project documentation, including drawings, change orders, meeting minutes, and logs
Support jobsite coordination between field teams, design consultants, and subcontractors
Conduct quality control checks and assist with punch list management
Help monitor safety compliance on-site
Review and help manage project schedules and budgets
Coordinate inspections and assist in the closeout process
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
2+ years of experience in construction, ideally multifamily or commercial
Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools
Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow with a supportive, fast-paced team
