Senior Advanced Project Engineer (Finance)
You will report directly to the GBE Program Management Leader and work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering operations by driving project execution, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage NPI Software Project Management end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive project plans. Drive regional expansion programs, upgrade/migrate plans for existing install base, and lead strategic customer pilot programs for proof of value demonstration. Provide technical expertise to resolve complex engineering challenges. Update the business NPI software scorecard periodically with global and regional data for connected applications. Coordinate with offering, software deployment, engineering, marketing, deployment, and operations teams for successful launches and customer adoption. Drive roadmap realization through successful NPI execution, managing early adopters and cross-functional teams for value validation and business case realization. YOU MUST HAVE
6+ years of experience in advanced project management, with a proven record of managing complex projects, software deployment, SaaS projects, and customer-funded initiatives. Expertise in engineering principles and project management methodologies. Proficiency with project management tools and software. Strong analytical skills for solving complex engineering problems. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. Minimum of 8 years of experience in project engineering or related roles. Leadership skills and experience mentoring teams. The annual base salary range is $131,000 - $164,000. This varies based on experience, education, skills, and market factors.
