The Assistant Manager - Human Resources is responsible for helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, supporting the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel. Qualifications

Ideally, candidates should have a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism Management. A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Human Resources Assistant Manager or Coordinator in a larger operation is preferred.
